工作分析

 

工作分析(或者叫职务分析、岗位分析等)是现代人力资源管理所有职能工作的基础和前提。只有做好了工作分析与设计工作,才能据此有效地完成具体的现代人力资源管理工作。目前,在许多企业人力资源管理实务中,都强调以岗位为核心的人力资源管理整体解决方案。实际上,就是指企业人力资源管理的一切职能,都是以工作分析(岗位分析)为基础的。通过工作分析,提炼评价工作岗位的要素指标,形成岗位评价的工具,并通过岗位评价确定工作岗位的价值等级。根据工作岗位的价值,便可以明确员工的任职能力。根据岗位的价值和员工的任职实力的匹配,我们就可以在人力资源管理实践中,根据岗位价值或任职实力发放薪酬、确定培训需求等。

工作分析有观察法、调查法和面谈法等,其中较为简便、投入较少并且非人力资源专家亦可以采用的方法是调查法。在此,我们提供一套适用于调查法的调查表范本,见表6-2。
