　　我方应同意理赔。因为：《公约》规定：如果货物在运输途中改运或买方在发运货物中没有合理机会加以检验，而卖方在订立合同时已知道或理应知道这种改运或再发运的可能性，检验可推迟到货物到达新目的地后进行。因此，马来西亚商人提交的美国检验证书应是有效的。
