Sany Group Co., Ltd was established in 1989. Its motto is “building a first class enterprise, cultivating first class talents, and making first class contributions”. In 2007, with annual sales revenue of 13.5 billion RMB Yuan, it became the first private enterprise in Hunan Province with annual sales volume exceeding 10 billion RMB Yuan ever since the founding of the PRC. In 2008, despite the global financial crisis, Sany group still maintained a fast pace of growth and the annual sales volume reached 20.9 billion RMB Yuan, 56.6% more than that of the previous year. Sany Group is a manufacturer which primarily deals with engineering construction machinery. So far, it has gained full access to the engineering machinery industry. Its main products include construction, road, excavating, piling, hoisting, harbor, coal mining and wind farm machinery, along with non-excavating construction equipment. Sany’s concrete, piling, crawler crane, and road header machinery are the best known brands in China. The domestic market share of truck-mounted concrete pump is as high as 57%, which is the highest in the Chinese market. Its production & sales volume of truck-mounted concrete pump top the world for many consecutive years recently.

In China, Sany has established five industrial parks. These parks are located in Shanghai, Beijing, Shenyang, Kunshan and Changsha, with Changsha as the headquarters. Sany’s business has expanded to over 150 countries with 30 overseas subsidiaries, and its products have already been exported to more than 110 countries and regions. Following Sany’s investment in India and the US to build manufacturing bases, on January 1st, 2009, Sany officially signed the agreement to invest EUR100 million to build a R&D center and manufacturing base in Bedburg of Germany, which is China’s biggest investment in Europe to date. The Chinese premier Wen Jiabao and German Chancellor Angela Merkel witnessed the signing ceremony.

Sany owns 30 subsidiaries all over the world. More than 1,300 staff specializing in marketing, sales and services are staying abroad to provide first class products and services to our global customers.
