台湾上市集团达振能源股份有限公司所属上海统振电子有限公司为Single Cell(多用于手机、PDA、GPS…等产品) 及Multi- Cell (多用于Note-Book…等产品)之电池模块产品OEM/ODM公司，包括电池模块之设计、开发 与制造；并针对电动自行车、电动机车及未来电动汽车与再生能源等应用之多串并高功率 『电池管理系统』BMS(Battery Management System)设计与开发，为一个具有能源系统规划、开发、设计及管理的公司。

Techcharm Electronics, is specialised in existing battery module products such as the design, development and manufacturing of OEM/ODM Single Cells (commonly used in mobile phones, PDA, GPS etc.) & Multi- Cell (and Multi-Cells (commonly used in Notebooks etc.). The Company also focuses on the design and development of Hi-power battery BMS(Battery Management System) applicable to LEV(Light Electric Vehicle) for e-bikes, e-scooters, future e-cars as well as regenerative energy, thus becoming a company capable of regulating, developing, designing and managing the energy system.
